William Blair acted as the exclusive financial advisor to GeoDynamics, a portfolio company of IK Partners (IK), in connection with its pending sale to Blinqx, a portfolio company of Hg Capital. The transaction signed on December 24, 2024, and is subject to approval by the Belgian authorities.
